No. We hire more for personality than for skill. We have profiled our employees very well. We also have a program through a national employment agency to prescreen employees, if you choose. Once we have hired an employee we have a complete training program to train the employee in every phase of grooming. Remember you are only looking for one employee (groomer) when you begin.
